Tofer Chin was born in Santa Monica in 1979 and currently lives and works in Los Angeles. He received his BFA from Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles in 2002 and has participated in many solo and group exhibits in the U.S, Spain, and Brazil. His work combines bold graphic colors and patterns, and Chin's Discus Thrower gives a new twist to a classical image.
