Sakir Gokcebag was born in Turkey and now lives in Hamburg. It's not surprising that he has a Ph.D. in art, because his work is very smart. It's also transformative; toilet paper drapes and belts cross in unexpected wall installations. Photographs of fruit swirl and stack in creative geometric patterns. Sakir presents ordinary objects with creative whimsy.
